Skinny Transforms into Hulk!

For the longest time I've been wanting a six pack (who doesn't!), along with a pretty damn good build. I know that looks aren't everything, but staying fit is good for your health and besides, it can also make you look freaking HOT! I know I'm desperate need of some mojo! Therefore, to accomplish my goal, I've decided to get a gym membership and a personal trainer who will teach me how to accomplish my goal and help me break ground.

The last paragraph above was an entry that I never posted from a month ago. Ever since then I've been going to the gym three to five times a week. I've been working on all kinds of muscle groups. My training sessions have come in handy in teaching me exactly what I needed to know. I started with 140 LBS with 19% total body fat and at a height of 5' 8". Today I'm also 140LBS, but I've lost 2% total body fat and replaced it with 2LBS of muscle.

Lately, I've been trying some of the classes that my gym offers, which are great because they're free and effective. Although, I tried the cycling class on the 13th of May, and I almost fell off my bike from exhaustion within the first ten minutes, and the class is an hour long. I was sweating a flood, breathing like a over heated dog, and slow as a turtle. I have a lot of stamina, but this class required many time more stamina then I could muster. I have a lot of work to do!
