When I had my trainer, he made me do all kinds of weird things with equipment that I thought it was unconventional. I also had to do a bunch of weight lifting, and since I have no muscles, I had to start small. What makes it worse, and thankfully I'm now over it, is that when we trained, we would train in the middle of the gym while it was crowded. I felt really odd about people possibly looking at me doing a weird workout that didn't look like to make much sense. Eventually, I came to the idea that no one really cares, and that's helped me at ease. Despite the seeming unconventionality of the situation, I have to admit, it felt like it was working, and I felt the muscle burn. It's a slow process, and it's only been a month. My trainer told me that in the first month, my body goes through rejection, a phase where I can get a sick feeling and exhausted too easily. On the second month, I'm supposed to begin feeling changes in my tolerance for working out, and in the end of that month, I'll begin to see significant changes. On the Third month, I'll see more visual improvements, along with an increase in stamina and strength. Probably by around July, I'll really start seeing that six pack start forming. I can't wait, I'm really excited. I've been wanting this forever. And, maybe I'll be able to get a girlfriend. LOL!
